Hi! My name is Nina Dunn and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, who currently holds a license to practice therapy in the state of Arkansas (#P2209000). I am an Arkansas native, a wife and mother of three. I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2014 with a degree in Health Sciences. In search for something closer to my purpose, I continued my education and earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling in 2018. I have been serving in the field of counseling for over 6 years.

We all come into life with a “tool bag.” However, our experiences determine what’s in that bag and how we use it. Some days, exploring your bag is fun, and uplifting while other days it calls you to do some serious self-work. That’s the beauty of the counseling relationship. It provides a space for you to unpack your bag, purge and reorganize so that you can become the best you!

I truly enjoy exploring this “bag” with mothers and young adults; integrating my bubbly personality paired with my therapeutic approach of Person-Centered and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.  I specialize in helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, and trauma as it relates to motherhood and young adulthood. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

I am a therapist who genuinely wants to hear your story and learn of your experiences and welcomes all who are willing to do the work. We can do this work — TOGETHER!

Much love,

Nina Dunn, MA, LPC
